- Uniform ink
- Low contamination in nozzles
- No nozzle clogging
- Stable continuous printing

- Unstable ink
- High contamination in nozzles
- Nozzle clogging
- Continuous printing fails
No Bleeding

Storage Stability
Storage stability
- Room temperature (sealed)2 years
- Room temperature (opened)1–3 months
- Storage temperature-15 ℃ to 60 ℃
- In CISS tank3–6 months
Aging test
- Test condition
- Temperature 20 ℃ ± 0.5 ℃, humidity 55% ± 5%
- Test ink
- PRISM HP 9010 pigment/dye — black, cyan, magenta, yellow
- Test items
- Density (UV spectrometer), pH, viscosity, aging (weatherometer: heating 70 ± 0.5 ℃, cooling -15 ± 0.5 ℃)
- Method
- Three days of repeated high and low temperature in a weatherometer, checking changes in ink properties
- Interpretation
- Three days under these conditions equal two years at room temperature
- Result
- No change in quality
